Remember, no one can steal your energy, hold it captive or drain you of energy
That is a perspective of judgement of loss, less than, and depleted.
Energy merely shifts and we ‘read’ with our human mind, how it is feeling from imprints of our past experiences.
Perhaps recognize ‘energy is shifted, I can learn to dance with it’!
