For the first time since the beginning of the pandemic, tree cutting has begun. A sad day for me since I have been watching their growth for ten years. A beautiful canopy of green expanded in every possible corner. Just as we need to lighten up, toss out the old, and let go of things held dearly, the trees need a break from the weight of holding on. So today, I will just watch them undergo transformation and some may move on. Perhaps we are all in a phase of clearing out what no longer we engage with and change…

When the clouds create images that dance with our memories, can we join them in our hearts? Today’s cloud is my grandmother. Smelling smoke this morning so grandfather must be here too! Can you see the woman on the right?
Life’s purpose is to unfold with gentle whispers in the sun, tender imprints of color to see, and rising to the fullest of nature all in unison with the earth around us.
