The amount of vitamins and nutrients from the food on your table is NOT what the standardized models profess.
This includes processed, canned, frozen, and fresh food we intake every day.
We as ‘evolved’ people have just never checked, claimed, or challenged the standards by which everything we put into our body is measured by.
We believe ‘some truth’ and hold it out as so.
