Day Seven of Contemplative Wisdom
Time to kick a word to the curb!
The word for today is STRESS. It is overused, used as a default way too much, and of recent years it has been the fad.
Let us update the definition of stress, repeat after me:
‘I am in an undercurrent of concern’ perhaps?
Stress has been held up as an outside force that controls our moment in time and causes actions or reactions based on our level of need to check out.
If we are energy beings, can sense when something is amiss, we can also feel into what the energy wave is of a present emotion.
The emotion is concern.
The wave is an undercurrent of energy that stops you in your tracks.
By making the statement, you have full acceptance and control whether or not you allow ‘it’ to take over.
It is so freeing when you apply a new perspective to a similar experience these days.
Me, stressed? Nope! But I certainly do feel a pull to pay attention to something today.
Do you use the word stress at every turn? How does it benefit or hinder your interactions with others?
