Did your lungs feel rather boggy around the last full moon?
Did you know that many health conditions ebb and flow with the moon cycles?
Many times conditions like, congestion, arthritis, and aches and pains can be influenced by the fluids in your body. And what is your body but water!
All things in the universe are on an ebb and flow type of transformation, be it disease or healing, planting and growing or learning and sharing.
As we are becoming more attuned to our body and what it may be saying to us, this is a great way to start noticing the moon connection.
Mark your calendar; the next time there is a full moon, note the date two days prior to send you an alert. Then sit for a few minutes at the start of your day and at the end of the day to reflect on how you are feeling. Write it down and do this for five days. What you may notice is something rather profound, you are learning to listen to your body as it changes every moment of every day as it is influenced by the universe in which we live.
Don’t you think that is so cool? What is even more profound; you can see that you are never stuck, you are always healing and changing and everything is supported with life giving energy. So the next time you feel like you will never get better, you are on a decline or you just need a change, you can remember the moon and how you felt it’s power.
