Question of the week: can you live with uncertainty?

Have you ever had a time in your life when you had no control over an outcome?
As I live in New Orleans, this feeling comes around every June and lasts ’til November 1. Five months of living in uncertainty of a storm coming, potential evacuation, impending destruction, and living in unknown conditions. We have lived through many hurricanes and experienced dangerous conditions.
Uncertainty digs up the darkest and deepest emotions you can harbor and challenges the best to see what you are made of.
As you watch the weather this week going forward, consider your present status; what would you do if danger knocked on your door and all that you knew went away in a second of time? What would be your next step?
Keep those in harms way in your thoughts.
