The hairs on the leaves of a morning glory are part of the support system that allows the tendrils to climb.
What is your support system? Many say ‘who’ is their support system rather than ‘what’ supports them to grow.
Food, light, energy, water, air and earth are a few of the items topping the list. Can you actively strengthen your support system? All of these are free and powerful to support life.
Or perhaps, you would rather lean on ‘who’ and stay in the human survival mode?
Maybe you are confused by the question? When you come to a hard spot in life, do you choose to seek people to validate you or the situation and seek a ‘fix’ to the problem?
Maybe when you hit the wall, or feel like something is wrong, you can look within and guide the energy to speak to you about this moment in time? What hurts, why, and how can you feel into the emotion? Can you move your own energy?
The hairs on the morning glory leaves collect water, allow growth to climb, keep off pests that may harm, allow absorption of light energy and support the tender green leaf.
What is your support system and how do you nourish it every day?
We will be sharing some tips in an upcoming radio show on Wellness Radio with Dr J.
