Today’s Reflection:
Twenty years ago, my new Naturopathic Medicine business was named Center for Healing the Mind and Body. It was at the turn of the century and we were starting to accept different perspectives on how our body and mind worked in unison.
Ten years later, I evolved to add Center for Healing the Mind, Body and Spirit. The concepts of Soul and Spirit became a household conversation.
Over the decades, I would always be asked ‘where is your Center’?
I would always respond ‘The Center for Healing is inside you, would you like assistance to find the keys to the door to open to your path’?
You see, healing or working on a part of your being, is sometimes creating a silo existence of fixing or preventing; like there is something broken or something that is dangerous and needs to be cast out or avoided.
Yet if we are all one, we are souls and energy beings as our core, then everything else bringing us along a journey to experience the life we are leading.
How we dance in the spring, fall off the cliff, challenge the worse, dredge up the old, and shine in the darkness is THE journey.
At this moment in time, let us see how to join our body, mind and soul together to see, feel and create a new life going forward. Each day you take a breathe, you have that opportunity.
There is so much more to life than you can ever imagine. Might you ask for assistance to find the keys to your door? Can you take the steps to walk over the threshold?
Once you are on the other side, it is as if you are in another world and the past does not exist.
How glorious is that moment in time!
