As we talk with others who have health concerns, have you found yourself frustrated at the conversation and their presentation?
1. Allow others to have their own experience. What you did, what you know, or what you are telling them to do is not honoring their experience.
2. Listen compassionately to their story, perhaps you may be the first person to actually listen. This process allows them to open up and be real.
3. Just sit with what they are telling you and resist the control or need of yourself to ‘fix’ the situation.
As a carrier of traumatic events to body, mind and spirit for decades, I can share my experience. What supports, what opens the healing door, and how to create a magical tool box for each individual at the point they are in.
